The Cha' lon restaurant is in one of the oldest building of the historic center of Chalon sur Saône and dates back to the sixteenth century. It seats 50 people, not including the 2 terrasses, an ideal shaded terrace in the summer and another one warmed in winter with a seating capacity for 100. We like to use fresh seasonal products (simply prepared) but also to offer creative recipes you might be tempted by char grilled fresh fish, rump steak, our gambas with an exotic side dish, or the more traditional « tete de veau »(veal), « riz de veau » (a delicacy) or even sauerkraut.
